I am glad you havent given up. Stick with the new program. I am doing Arnel´s, and hey at this moment enjoying the best shape I´ve ever been in ... and this only week 8!!!! I want to hear your comments when you be half way through your program. Ok Bro, post those pictures and stay on track for those six pack abs.
