I'm back

So here I am, almost a year later, and in worse shape than I was last year.
It hasn't been easy for me.
I tried to do a bulking up phase for about 4 months, but was careless and gained a lot of body fat. In the meantime I went back to a regular weight, but I sure lost some muscle in the process. To make it a bit harder, I spent much time this year not being able to train. I had to get surgery because of appendicitis, and have been having tendon problem in my left foot, and overall pain on my arm tendons.
Tomorrow I will restart training.
Anyways, it's been a great year for me. I'm getting my financial life up, and have decided that I will now get in the best shape of my life. For many reasons...
One of them, is because I want to spend the rest of my life helping other people getting lean. It's a decision I made and I'm working on making it a reality for me.
Another one, is because Jon Benson "framed" me. Yes, I love the man, but he put me on the front page of www.everyotherdaydiet.com with a photo of me one year ago. So now I have many people who know how I looked, and I have to get back there. Besides, it's my understanding that in order to be a true leader when it comes to fat loss, I have to get my six pack visible.
So, now that I can FINALLY restart my training, I am making my affirmations and dream list to get my six pack.
Tomorrow I will make some math, and see realistically when can I have my six pack, and start working on it. This time I'll follow EODD 2.0, and I will be following a diferent workout routine.
As I am a "hardgainer" when it comes to muscle, I'll do a 3day split routine, with one day of rest, and I'll focus on 10 sets of 10 reps supersetted with 2 exercises.
I'll do Chest+Triceps, Back+Biceps and Shoulder+Legs.
I had ordered bodylastics from sivart in september and it still hasn't arrived. in November 4th, it entered the Portuguese Customs and I haven't had any word on it yet.
So I will do full body workouts for 2 or 3 weeks, so that my body gets used to training again, and then when I feel comfortable and not so sored, I'll get right in 10x10.
Tomorrow I will update the blog with actual pics and I'll be keeping you posted on my progress.

Stats

So after taking those pics last night, today I have my stats:

Weight: 71,2 kg
BodyFat:10,7%

I'm so happy with these results. I'm almost at single digit :)

Starting week 6

So here I am guys, with new photos to upload...
This week has been so hard because of work. I have been getting off work between 10.pm and 1.am, but hey, that's life. Nevertheless, I have been absolutely rigorous about my eating, even though I had to skip a few cardio workouts because I usually do them after work.
I bought myself a stationary bike, and so I've been doing a few cardio workouts, namely my HIIT at home. It's freezing outside and I prefer doing my cardio indoors ehehhe.
The fat is really coming off my front abs, I can really feel it coming off, so great work for me this week, even with all the adversity.
So here are my pics.

Pics and more

Hi guys,

Here are the pics I took yesterday.



I'm finally gaining some shoulder, and my chest is growing too as my arms. I've got to measure my arms because I think I already gained around 1 cm or something (flexed).
Yesterday was carb day, and today I woke up with minus 0,2% body fat, and had gained 500g in my overall weight, which means, glycogen restored :)
The differences are really starting to show :)

Starting week 5

Hey guys,

Sorry I haven't been doing any updates, but I've been really busy at work. I haven't fallen off my diet though, I've been strict about my diet and my training.
Today I weighed and was at 11,6% BF, from 13,1% two weeks ago. It's a nice improvement. I'm way in schedule for my goal of less than 9% (on my scale) by December 17th.
Today I'll be posting the pics I took yesterday to show my improvements.
