I'm back

So here I am, almost a year later, and in worse shape than I was last year.
It hasn't been easy for me.
I tried to do a bulking up phase for about 4 months, but was careless and gained a lot of body fat. In the meantime I went back to a regular weight, but I sure lost some muscle in the process. To make it a bit harder, I spent much time this year not being able to train. I had to get surgery because of appendicitis, and have been having tendon problem in my left foot, and overall pain on my arm tendons.
Tomorrow I will restart training.
Anyways, it's been a great year for me. I'm getting my financial life up, and have decided that I will now get in the best shape of my life. For many reasons...
One of them, is because I want to spend the rest of my life helping other people getting lean. It's a decision I made and I'm working on making it a reality for me.
Another one, is because Jon Benson "framed" me. Yes, I love the man, but he put me on the front page of www.everyotherdaydiet.com with a photo of me one year ago. So now I have many people who know how I looked, and I have to get back there. Besides, it's my understanding that in order to be a true leader when it comes to fat loss, I have to get my six pack visible.
So, now that I can FINALLY restart my training, I am making my affirmations and dream list to get my six pack.
Tomorrow I will make some math, and see realistically when can I have my six pack, and start working on it. This time I'll follow EODD 2.0, and I will be following a diferent workout routine.
As I am a "hardgainer" when it comes to muscle, I'll do a 3day split routine, with one day of rest, and I'll focus on 10 sets of 10 reps supersetted with 2 exercises.
I'll do Chest+Triceps, Back+Biceps and Shoulder+Legs.
I had ordered bodylastics from sivart in september and it still hasn't arrived. in November 4th, it entered the Portuguese Customs and I haven't had any word on it yet.
So I will do full body workouts for 2 or 3 weeks, so that my body gets used to training again, and then when I feel comfortable and not so sored, I'll get right in 10x10.
